Imagine my surprise when I compare two bottles and the older one is so much darker. And Dianne Brill Eau de Parfum (I miss it madly)! Does it need dry down time? I hope that this will not change your clothes in that color. The color of the new formulation is even much lighter and so is the scent, well done Kilian. I got complements from both viewpoints feminine and masculine and I'm definitely getting a bottle of this juice. Oh god that’s not good. It’s sweet but not too sweet, it’s feminine, has a certain cuddly warmth, and it’s simply beautiful! Not everyone wants to smell clean or like shower gel. Sweet and floral. I think it is the best of its kind, but it is too expensive! Most people just want to find something that smells good and doesn’t break the bank. The longer it’s on my wrist the more disgusting it gets, it almost turns my stomach. +. I know there is an Eau Fraiche that has the muted white glass, but there is also another white one with this name. I wanted to LOVE this. That’s what I get. Totally delicious, never smelled something like this before. I got a half empty bottle of this from a friend. Gorgeous. If you had these pencils back in the day, you will know precisely what I'm talking about. Far too much. God I love perfume! You might like this better! My decant is out of the original black bottle. The fragrance feels comforting, delectable, delicate, delicious, elegant, exquisite, floral, feminine but not for much, gentle, inviting, mild, modern, nicely-blended, playful, slightly powdery, refined, sweet, versatile, and very pleasant. An … Really enjoying it! In fact, it's one of the sweetest scents in Kilian's line. The dupe is Caramel Overdose by Be Layered and wehn I bought it back in June 2020 I didn't know that it was inspired by Love by Kilian, I was drawn just to the name, cause I thought it was just caramel note, infact funny fact is that when I first smelled it I was very pissed off since there were no damn caramel on this Be Layered perfume cause it smelled totally diferent from caramel and I was about to give it away. Was reading reviews since I can't sample this brand in my country. It actually reminds me of those powdered strawberry hard candies my grandma used to treat me to. It immediately changes to a sweet fruity fragrance. Like absolute, unquestionable love. (That is my arbitrary level since I own many many fragrances that cost between $150-300 so just ignore that part.) Some may say this is overrated, but I think the opposite. This is orange caramel through and through! I’m glad I satisfied my curiosity and I can say with complete conviction NEVER AGAIN. This was Lady Marmalade was smell like. It grows on you and you can be confident in wearing it. I'm not a fan of Rihanna and don't care to smell like her but the thing that made me so curious was that I saw later on the internet that many celebrities were raving about the way she smelled. A mix of bubblegum and caramel with a touch of flowers lingering in the background. (Thanks for that!) Not to be too cynical but I would bet money that a lot of people that think their tastes are so rarefied that they can only wear niche couldn’t tell the difference between those fragrances and the hoi polloi department store fragrances in a blind smell test. I rarely buy perfumes on the spot anymore, because I tend to wait till the dry down and give it a few days before I make up my mind. I don’t like Aura. IM A MAN AND IM IN LOVE WITH THIS. I'm pretty sure they've changed the formula already. Inspiration: For the Holidays, KILIAN PARIS introduces its most iconic fragrances in an exclusive set that includes a 50ml refillable perfume spray and a 7.5ml Talisman travel spray, filled with the same perfume juice. They were so colorful and cute! Sweet, honey kinda, fruity. So smooth and well blended, it smells like luxury. The civet makes this frag IMO. Hard core gourmand. I own a few Kilian fragrances in my collection and would generally consider myself a big fan however I absolutely cannot get behind Love. Another cola-type scent to my nose is Toujours Moi, which is a really great cheapie, but is slightly smoky and less sweet…more like Diet Coke and Malibu Rum. Wasn’t quite the reaction I was hoping for though he genuinely meant it as a compliment. I don't detect caramel, just a heaping load of synthetic sweetness that was cloying and unappealing after the first few minutes and didn't go away all day. I like the rugged Back to Black but this frageance has a lot going for it for men who like gourmand, goody fragrances. I don't recall if they were from Sanrio, Lisa Frank, or just from a store with school supplies. This is like walking in a Mediterranean garden of flowers, add to that a good portion of sweet vanilla. smells like a creamsicle or something from my childhood. Honestly, I would be all over this one if not for those two notes, but alas, it is not meant to be. Very sexy and my boyfriend goes wild when I wear it to bed. I smell candied orange blossom, powery caramel, and other nondescript florals. Of course could be that some ingridient goes darker with the time. I'm so confused. I’ve seen it described and sweet and girlie, but I find it to be more of a mature sexpot vibe. I wouldn’t say it’s about them being synthetic but I would say there’s a certain uniqueness to a higher end fragrance. Sales person changed the lid and offered to refill it. If you like super sweet scents then this is the one. The marketing language (rare Brazilian amber, headspace tuberose etc) is a lot of bunk. It definitely got me thinking about niche/luxe perfume versus mainstream. You wouldn't want to miss a single thing, would you? After about 20 minutes, the orange blossom dissipates and the caramel and sugar notes really take center stage. Warning - do not use in hot weather! I have a 2 years old travel set, it started leaking after every spray, so I took it to Kilian corner to sort it out. Somehow it smells a little familiar and yet totally in a class of its own. It's the kind of aroma that you want to use when you want to feel cosy and warm. Inspiration: “Love is life’s narcotic—its folly and its freshness. A sweet musky caramel. The price is a bit cheeky for what it is imo. It to hype up I feel bad for people that knew of this before Rihanna was predicted of wearing it I don’t know why people assume she wear it because someone else said she wears it and plus she never confirmed it little do we know she probably wearing pink sugar all this time or some other scent looking at her so call pass fragrance it may not even be that expensive or even a perfume it’s may be a lotion or a oil or hair products we may never know my advice is to buy something that you like and you can afford not because you want to experience the idea of smelling or feeling like you smell like Rihanna that would never happen you smell like yourself. BUT I have to say fragranitcas have been wrong in the past about Etat Libre d’Orange as they all say Like This smells like rotting fruit and on me it’s simply gorgeous! Love smells like a great cloud of sugary flowers, highlighting for my rose, iris and vanilla, smells much better than it sounds, really.
